For Experienced Candidates:

1. Experience in Finance & Accounts domain is a mandatory requirement.
2. Tenure of experience should not exceed 3 yrs.

Job Description:

General Ledger Accounting:

1. Record Transactions and Maintain GL Recons.
2. Identify and Explain Variances.
3. Support Audit and Compliance Requirements.
4. Correct and post store inventories monthly and verify inventory out of tolerance.
5. Interface monitoring.
6. Perform and complete balance sheet account reconciliations Monthly/Quaterly.

Business Planning, Analysis & Financial Reporting:

1. Daily & Monthly Revenue Reporting.
2. Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Cost & Headcount reporting.
3. Identifying variances between actuals vis--vis forecasts and estimates.
4. Balance Sheet Reporting incl. RWA/Liquidity Daily and Monthly.
5. Substantiating daily movements by obtaining inputs from the Product Controllers.
6. Commentaries.
